Notes: Begins with a mild, fruit flavor. The bright notes quickly transition to the depth of a full bodied wine. Ends with a mild tannin flavor that plays with the finish, but doesn’t overwhelm.
Pairings: I paired this with an Argentinian Steakhouse experience. Jamon crudo con melon, a salad, and a strip steak with cheese and potatoes. It didn’t conflict with any of these dishes, but wasn’t spectacularly additive. For a full bodied wine blend, it has a brightness that might pair well with a rich cheese or with a tangy spice. This wine is also a good wine to just drink without a food pairing.
