Tasting Date: 1/26/2025 Notes: Starts with an oak note and quickly leans into a sweet fruit middle. Finishes with a playful minerality ending on crisp. Oak isn’t overwhelming. Tasting Date: 1/19/2025 Notes: Heavy, almost smokey oak flavor. Deep red fruit flavor. Tannin finish that goes on for miles. No minerality.
